We are a trans-disciplinary, architecture and design studio founded by Kenneth Dyman, RA and Linda Feinberg, Leed AP in Miami, Florida. We have over 20 years experience in the combined areas of Architecture, Interior Design and Environmental Branding.

At DAFA, we create a complete design at every scale, and manage every part of the process. From inspiration, to design development, permitting, and construction management. We are experts in the “art” of design and we also know how to get through the regulatory road blocks and make unique visions come to life.

KENNETH DYMAN, RA

Specializations

Design-Build Construction

Ken holds a BArch degree from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and is a registered architect in the State of Florida. He has a passion for regional architecture and loves the environment specific buildings of South Florida, Mexico, Portugal and the Southwestern United States. Ken’s experience includes a wide array of project types including historic rehabilitation, post-disaster housing and coastal construction. Ken has been a guest critic at the Rhode Island School of Design and FIU. Ken is originally from Denver.

LINDA FEINBERG, LEED AP

Specializations

Enviromental Branding & Graphic Design

Linda has BFA degree from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and a MArch degree from Florida International University (FIU). She has worked in architecture, environmental graphic design firms in New York, New Orleans and Miami. Linda integrates interior design, graphic branding & architecture into hospitality projects, where the identity of the built environment is in integral to success of the business.

Linda is native to South Florida and in 2013 introduced ‘Siteseekr,’ a mobile app and database of notable South Florida buildings and has taught architecture design studios at FIU and MDC. She is an active member of the Society of Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD). Linda has worked in the following offices: Condenast (NY), Lee H. Skolnick Partnership (NY), Costas Kondylis & Partners (NY), Mathes Brierre Architects (Nola), Gensler (Miami) and Telesco Associates (Miami).

ANTOINETTE EMANUEL

Antoinette is DAFA’s Interior Designer and the office trend-setter. Antoinette is a frequent world traveler and keeps her eye on progressive design, trending business models internationally and domestically, especially when it comes to interior and exterior hospitality design, retail and style. She also is adept at providing a turnkey experience to any interior build-out project. Before partnering with DAFA, her projects include Vista (Wynwood), Finka (Sweetwater) and CVI.CHE 105 (Multiple Miami Locations). She explains how her unique, sophisticated aesthetic is “not just innate, it's also from the love of color, being a constant explorer, and meditation.” Antoinette is originally from Peru.

 

LUIS MUNOZ

We welcome Luis as the latest addition to our Team. He is a recent architect graduate from Mass College of Art. Luis was born in Cuba and moved to the United States to be able to study architecture. Luis will tell you more about himself soon as he gets more settled.
